Taking Care of Yourself and Others

As we begin our second week, please continue to help your children stay healthy and keep their immune systems strong. It is important to get back on a new schedule which provides less screen time and more sleep time. Send a water bottle to school every day so your child can stay hydrated. The cooler weather is a nice change, but we are outside a lot and your children are active. Closely monitor any new symptoms they are having and do not send children to school if they are not feeling well.

Thank you for providing masks every day. Students are doing a good job keeping them on. Facial coverings should be made of layered fabric which covers the nose and mouth. The buffs or neck gaiters should be layered to be most effective. We appreciate your support in finding a mask that is comfortable for your child and also keeps everyone safe.
